  • Delivery & Installation

    We offer a FREE delivery and installation service for your tumble dryer.* We’ll also take away your packaging and recycle it for you. 

    Before ordering your tumble dryer, please check the following
    • We will need to have clear access to your pipe work and waste outlet. Please note we can only connect your appliance to existing pipe work and outlets
    We will…..
    • Remove the packaging of your new tumble dryer
    • Disconnect your existing tumble dryer as long as your plumbing and pipework is in good working order
    • Connect your new tumble dryer to your existing pipework that is within reach of the standard hose
    • Connect the waste outlet to an existing water tap or stand pipe
    • Connect your new tumble dryer to an accessible electrical socket within 1.5 meters
    • Level the tumble dryer to ensure minimum vibration
    • Test your new tumble dryer to check it’s working as it should
    We’re unable to….
    • Plumb two waste pipes into one
    • Make any alterations to existing plumbing or electrical connections – we can only install into existing connections
    On the day of delivery please ensure that
    • We have clear and safe access to your property – we’re unable to deliver and install your item if there are any obstructions, concerns about safety or if there is the possibility of causing any damage to your property
    • You’re at home at the time we have agreed with you
    • Any delicate objects you have are put away in a safe place
    • Your floors are covered to prevent any markings

    We will give you a full 30 days from the date you place your order to make sure you are happy with your purchase. So if you aren’t satisfied with your product, or have just simply changed your mind, You can cancel and return to us within this period

Smart Meter

All customers must have a Smart Meter connected to your TV, which will be taken as security and may restrict viewing if you do not pay on time.

All customers are required to have a Smart Meter which connects to the power supply on your TV enabling your weekly payments to be managed. If the goods purchased do not include a television, the meter will be fitted to an existing TV that you own.

If you fail to make payments on time, the meter may restrict the use of the television. It is important that you speak to us if you think you could fall behind with payments, so that we can help you avoid any restrictions.


All purchases must be insured. We offer EPS cover at additional cost if you need it.

All goods purchased from BAYV must be covered against theft and accidental damage. Adequate cover must be in place to process your application.

If you do not have home contents insurance, we can offer you our EPS cover at an additional cost, but it may not be the best cover if you’re purchasing multiple items.

If you don't pay

We can repossess the product if you don't pay.

You do not own the goods until the sums required under the agreement have been paid in full.

Goods can be repossessed without a court order in the event of default, unless you have paid a third or more of the total amount payable of your regulated credit agreement.
