Improvements to our Contact Centre
At Buy As You View, we put our customers at the forefront of any decisions we make and always aim to make improvements the service we offer.
To fulfil our customer’s needs, we recognise that improvements are required to our Contact Centre to ensure we can answer you, when you call us, with no fuss. So, we are pleased to announce that we have introduced a Queue Buster feature for you, which is an option to hold your place in the queue, without having to wait on the phone. An agent will then call you back when your call is at the front of the queue. All you need to do is listen to the messages on the automated line to select this option.
Along with this new feature we have also now amended our company opening times to Monday – Thursday 8am-7pm and Friday 8am-8pm, and so will no longer be open on Saturdays. This means that we will have more agents available to answer your calls during the week, when you need us most.
As a business we are always looking at ways to improve the service to our customers and feel this will be a positive change to assist you on your customer journey.
